ANIME! ANIME! ANIME! Part 1 - Miyazaki Movie Marathon

Ok. So I had the awesome idea of having an ANIME ANIME ANI-MARATHON! For the first one, I was thinking of having our own Month of Miyazaki. I know it's a little far in advance but I'm make this thread now in case I forget about this idea later and so I can get your inputs on this. It is very possible that this might not happen in the fall because of band but it is still doable on Sundays and whatnot.

There are 2 options for the viewings:
1) Only watch 3 or 4 of them in one day
2) Watch all 9 over the course of a couple of weeks

I voted to watch all of them. I have only seen a couple of them and I want an excuse to see them all. I'm pretty sure no one here has seen them all either. It'll be fun.

I just want to for sure see the one with Christian Bale. I think it was the moving castle one, and I got to see some of it at one point but not all of it.

I'm game for anything else, too.

Best. Idea. Ever. I voted to watch them all, but if it comes down to only a few at a time we should definitely watch Ponyo and Howl's.

ALSO, this is not a Miyazaki film, but Grave of the Fireflies is definitely one of the best movies I've ever seen. It's really an amazing movie, and if you guys are up for it I think it'd be a great addition.
